Bendito Confort SAS, with National Tourism Registry (RNT) number 158352, issued by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Tourism, operates under the liability framework established by Law 300/96, D.R. 1075/97, Decree 2438 of 2010, and any subsequent regulations that modify, add to, or reform these provisions.

Bendito Confort SAS acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, transportation companies, restaurants, local operators, venues, etc.) and limits its liability to the terms and conditions detailed in the commercial proposal accepted by the client regarding the provision and quality of the services included in the program.
Consequently, we disclaim all liability for deficiencies in any services provided by third parties. Likewise, we do not have authority over the decisions or policies of service providers.

Bendito Confort SAS is obligated to fully comply with the products and services contracted and to ensure the well-being of the passenger, including offering advice, resolving doubts about potential tours and points of interest, and addressing any issues that may arise during the use of the purchased product and/or service.

Bendito Confort SAS states that our rates are per person in US dollars, subject to change and availability at the time of booking.

As the destination operator, Bendito Confort SAS assumes responsibility for the contracted land services, but not for the voluntary choice of the traveler regarding hotel categories, services, excursions, or tours that are not to their liking at the destination. Any changes to providers and dates are subject to availability, price differences, and/or penalty reviews. Any additional information regarding taxes, conditions, validity, itineraries, taxes, fees, charges, and other mandatory payments must be consulted with the sales advisor.

Bendito Confort SAS does not assume responsibility for air service deficiencies, changes, delays, cancellations, or any other inconvenience that may arise. This responsibility lies with the wholesaler agency that issued the tickets and the airline. Our responsibility in this regard is to receive and drop off passengers at airports according to the scheduled times and flights. If we are not informed of any changes made to flights and arrival times, no refund will be made for the unused service, and when the passenger exceeds the maximum wait time established, there will be no reason for a refund for unused services.

Bendito Confort SAS is not responsible for the loss, deterioration, or theft of baggage or personal belongings of passengers. These are the exclusive responsibility of the users, and passengers must take due care, diligence, and proper handling of them. Likewise, damage and deterioration of luggage items are the sole responsibility of the airlines and not the operator.

Bendito Confort SAS is not responsible for extra expenses, food, or services not specified in our proposal. We do not handle tips or payments for taxes or entry fees to places of interest not included in our programs.

To apply for the VAT exemption for foreign non-resident persons in the country, upon entry at immigration, they must identify themselves with their passport, Andean or Mercosur card, and indicate that they are coming for tourism so that the tourist permit stamp (PT) is placed. If they have another type of entry permit, they will not be exempt and will pay VAT directly at the hotels and/or services that require it.

Bendito Confort SAS, considering the policies provided by the selected hotels and suppliers, will indicate the corresponding conditions at the time of quoting and/or booking.

• Check-In/Check-Out Times – Accommodation:

  The check-in time is between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Room assignments prior to this time are subject to availability and extra charges. The check-out time is 12:00 noon.

• No-Show

  In the event that one or more passengers fail to appear on the date for which they have a reservation, Bendito Confort SAS will generate a no-show charge equivalent to 100% of the contracted services.

• In case of trip cancellation on the date or withdrawal of the passenger from the excursion due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, support documentation for the reason the contracted service was not taken must be provided, and it will be evaluated according to our cancellation policy whether a refund will be issued to the passenger, through the wholesaler agency that made the payment in the country of origin, for the services not rendered, only when these do not cause the operator no-show costs or penalties from the suppliers, or it will be left as a credit for future services. Any bank charges incurred for the refund transaction will be borne by the client.

• In the event of public order disturbances such as strikes, demonstrations, or protests, and in the case of uncontrollable natural phenomena and force majeure, we reserve the right to modify, replace, or cancel visits or transfers included in the sold program for the benefit and safety of the passenger. In the case of hotels, the unilateral decision of the hotel, due to overbooking, to redirect properly booked and/or prepaid passengers to hotels of a lower category or area, will be reported by the operator to COTELCO so that they can take the corresponding actions.

Payments:

• The deposit agreed upon must be received in the designated bank account by the cancellation deadline for the reservations, as per the informed timelines. Otherwise, Bendito Confort SAS will have the authority to cancel the reservation to avoid incurring penalties.

• All services of the reserved program must be paid in full before the passengers’ arrival at the destination, for which we will inform the payment deadlines at the time of reservation confirmation.

• Upon receiving the deposit and/or full payment, Bendito Confort SAS assumes that the CLIENT knows and accepts each of the established conditions, payment policies, cancellation policies, and changes. Likewise, the travel agency selling the program is obligated to inform, notify, and make the passengers aware of the established conditions.
