Personal data provided by THE CLIENT for the purpose of entering into and executing the service agreement will be processed by Bendito Confort in accordance with the provisions of Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013, and any other regulations that modify, regulate, or expand upon the matter, as well as the internal policies adopted by THE AGENCY. By signing the service agreement, THE CLIENT expressly authorizes THE AGENCY to collect and use the information and personal data provided by THE CLIENT in accordance with the secure data handling policies established by THE AGENCY and applicable regulations. This authorization is for the purpose of offering and providing the corresponding services, conducting loyalty activities, and contacting the data owner to send service surveys, communicate invitations, offers, promotions, partnerships, service portfolios, or general information related to the services provided by THE AGENCY. THE CLIENT, as the owner of the personal data, will enjoy all legal rights, especially those described in Law 1581 of 2012, and will have the right at any time to access, update, rectify their personal data, revoke the authorization granted, or request the deletion of information when appropriate.
