Bendito Confort commits to maintaining absolute confidentiality regarding all data, information, business policies, and operations that we may access or come to know as part of the services provided to our clients.

All commercial, professional, technical, and financial information that is not publicly known and that one of the PARTIES may access regarding the other, whether during or in connection with the commercial activities, regardless of how the information is obtained or in what format it is stored, shall be deemed confidential.

THE PARTIES agree to refrain from disclosing confidential information to any third party, except for employees, contractors, suppliers, and advisors who must access it to carry out the execution of the services. Each party shall take the necessary measures to instruct such individuals about compliance with this obligation.
