By signing the service agreement, THE CLIENT expressly authorizes THE AGENCY to collect and use the information and personal data provided by THE CLIENT in accordance with the secure data handling policies established by THE AGENCY and applicable regulations. This authorization is for the purpose of offering and providing the corresponding services, conducting loyalty activities, and contacting the data owner to send service surveys, communicate invitations, offers, promotions, partnerships, service portfolios, or general information related to the services provided by THE AGENCY.
